L'ensemble du processus, depuis le premier contact, jusqu'à la première démonstration, en passant par la contractualisation et l'intégration, a été phénoménal. J'ai intégré divers outils SaaS auparavant, mais jamais ils n'ont fait autant d'efforts pour nous soutenir. Nous avions de nombreuses questions sur la meilleure façon de concevoir notre plan d'options d'achat d'actions, d'obtenir la bonne documentation, l'intégration de notre système RH et Ana Silva a été incroyable pour tout gérer. La mise en œuvre nous a pris plus de temps que prévu (de notre côté) et j'ai dû reprogrammer des réunions régulièrement, mais Ana a été une véritable étoile, s'assurant que nous avions toujours un soutien rapide lorsque nécessaire. La plateforme est très facile à utiliser, nos comptables externes n'ont eu aucun problème non plus, et la vue du tableau de bord pour les employés est géniale. J'adore cet outil et même si vous devez faire vos propres évaluations, le rapport qualité/prix est d'une excellente valeur.
