I also really like that my team has the automated monitors to rely on and speed up their news curation,. They also have a place to explain why things matter for our end users. This option gives my team the chance to not only curate the news for the rest of the company, explaining details in our language, but it also offers a great way for the team to stay on top of the news themselves. Klue has also provided a weath of information about not only the tactics of setting up Klue, but the broader theory of competitive intelligence. This thought leadership has been hugely valuable as we launch a full Competitive Advantage program.
