Dock transforme l'expérience des acheteurs et des clients B2B en fournissant une destination unique pour les clients. Au lieu de naviguer à travers de multiples fils de discussion par e-mail, des pièces jointes cachées et des liens aléatoires, les clients visitent un portail personnalisé lorsqu'ils ont besoin de quelque chose. Completely Revitalized our Competitive Intelligence Efforts

Throughout the entire process, from sales and scoping to onboarding and implementation, I've been so impressed with this team. The sales process with Scott felt like a true partnership where there was a genuine interest in helping our team solve our CI problems. Scott listened, asked the right questions, and used that information to highlight exactly how we could benefit from a system like Klue. We are a small team, with many of us wearing a number of different hats. Our CI efforts for the last few years had been inconsistent and rarely documented. Scott took that feedback seriously and spent loads of time with numerous folks on our team to ensure we understood how this platform could change that for us. That experience continued as we were handed off to implementation. Our Customer Success Manager, Jenel is amazing. She follows up with us consistently, helping to keep me on task and accountable. She offers suggestions and best practices, constantly going above and beyond my expectations. We are still in our implementation, but I've seen a number of different feature enhancements come out in the 2+ months we've been a Klue customer and am confident, based on other reviews here as well as reviews from others I've worked with who used Klue, that we'll continue to be impressed with this solution. So far, my favorite features include: - The way information is collected and aggregated - we struggled constantly with trying to research information on our own time, validate that, add it to our content, etc. With Klue, they do all the heavy lifting for us. - Slack and Salesforce integrations - in the past, I would have to monitor wins/losses and then update our CI intel with specific opportunity notes. With Klue and the integration with Salesforce, they do that for you, saving me tons of time. Slack now becomes less of a tool that collects CI information and more of a core part of how we dissect that information in Klue. - The product digest - a great tool for sales folks who don't necessarily have the time to sort through tons of information every day. It's quick, informative, and can be shared with anyone (not just the people who use Klue)

Klue a permis à notre équipe de marketing produit de collecter, de sélectionner et de diffuser de manière approfondie des informations concurrentielles dans chaque département. Ideal for scaling CI

As a curator, the triage mode to review articles and quickly take action on them is amazing. I'm able to efficiently publicize interesting and important information to sales, marketing, product, and other teams across our org. The battlecards are also extremely easy to create. The learning curve to get started with Klue is minimal.
