For starters, the initial sales experience and onboarding from their support teams has been first class - we had a great trial with them helping us understand the use case and making it easy to review our own data to get a good grasp of what the platform offers. Moving into implementation, we're finding the application is helping us identify process blockers and see the effect of our changes within a matter of days - almost as important is that it's helping us communicate both our blockers and our sucesses with stakeholders around the business using the metrics tabs. As a dev manager I use the metrics and goals daily, and use them to help us build out and define OKRs for our development teams. Updating this a few months in, the regular cadence of calls with representatives from Jellyfish has continued to drive our usage further - we've used the data to build regular check-ins both at a business level and for individuals and now key stakeholders from other areas of the business are asking how they can access the platform and leveridge the data.
