Je peux facilement dire combien d'appels chacune de nos sources de suivi de site web a généré en fonction des paramètres UTM dans mon trafic web. La représentante du support était très utile. Elle nous a contactés fréquemment, a visité notre emplacement et a fourni du matériel utile. J'ai toujours pensé qu'Invoca était un service de luxe, mais le prix était certainement un prix de luxe. J'aime l'interface utilisateur et la façon dont je pouvais trouver des appels spécifiques que je voulais examiner ou voir la performance par des efforts spécifiques que nous faisions. Cela semblait fonctionner de manière cohérente sans être souvent en panne. Je ne me souviens pas si cela a déjà été en panne. C'était une expérience utilisateur assez fluide du point de vue d'un analyste marketing.
