The segments allow us to see what customer groups are happier than others. It is easy to contact those who leave comments. The dashboard works well and is easy to use.

Easy to navigate even with little knowledge.

Many users vote without paying attention and/or vote incorrectly and being able to invalidate a vote and resend the survey to the user is wonderful. That helps us get numbers as accurate as possible.

Best for simple surveys, worst for complex ones

|InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform
I have used this tool many times . I like that it is best for simple surveys . It has some easy logics , some shown / hide when condiotions. It also offers dashboard analysis .
