Help to understand the customers behavior and track their feedbacks for better relationships

|InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform
The best part is helping the vendors/ business to capture the feedback of their customers. Their integration with CAR+ as once rental closed it automatically shoots emails to customers for feedback which eventually improves the customer relationship.

Good price, good analytics, but slow moving

|InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform
The analytics toolkit is great, especially the automated analysis of open-ended feedback. Their capabilities are pretty far-reaching. The price is fair, and account managers are generally pretty awesome.
