I am predominantly a front-end website designer and therefore struggle with some of the more technical and nuanced issues that can arise. Therefore, I do lean on WPMU Dev to help resolve some of the problems I encounter. They are always incredibly helpful, respond very quickly and will keep working at the issue until we reach a resolution. They explain things in a simple and easy-to-understand manner without expecting me to know everything.
