I can collaborate with my team on hiring projects and get approval before reaching out to target candidates. The AI sourcing add on is great as well! Daniel and the team have are very helpful, supportive and responsive.

It definitely finds candidates that I would not have found otherwise through other sourcing methods, and I like how thorough the questionnaire is to allow the team to find the best candidates.
