They don't renew yoir credits monthly

|GMB Briefcase
I bought the LTD. They never renew my monthly credits. I have to contact them every time and they would do it manually. Thus kept happening to a point that I just gave up and didn't bother for a while. Today, I thought I logg back in and ask them for credits again, noticed that they had deactivated my account. I did email the support and yet to hear back. This was the worst LTD I have ever bought.
