Flat

Big fan of Flat. More strucure than Notion, richer than Trello, without the complexity of JIRA. It's my tool of choice for managing small product (software engineering + design etc) teams. I got going with it instantly zero learning curve. Also -- very cool -- I asked for a feature and they added it within a week, amazing! It was a small convenience kind of thing but still quite nice and I use it now every day.
