Great insights tool & helpful team

The portal and integration with Adobe has made survey reporting easy and allowed us to get even deeper into our insights, drivers of website satisfaction and industry benchmarks. The team there is also super helpful and there IBA (issue based analysis) is a great way to take your survey data to the next level.

Easy to use, great customer insight

iPerceptions is easy to use, it's easy to set up a survey, and it's easy to view the responses to the survey, and organize them. I had no training on the tool, but it's incredibly easy to figure it out on my own.
