The Outlook integration - a simple click can encrypt an email. It also decrypts emails within Outlook, avoiding the need to move to another program. The ability to attach large files using Egress (independent of encryption) is also very helpful as, again, it keeps everything within one application.

You can add an icon to your ribbon in outlook and select which emails you wish to send securely by one click of a button.
