How accessible it is for all people who do research, not just researchers

Dovetail est un outil facile à utiliser pour la recherche qualitative. Il a réduit notre temps dans le processus d'analyse : transcription, étiquetage de contenu et identification des insights, avec l'aide de ses fonctions d'IA. De plus, il facilite la gestion de grands volumes d'informations, nous permettant de trouver des entretiens ou des fragments plus rapidement.

Things I love about Dovetail are having Zoom integrated so I can easily upload and transcribe my user interviews. The great quality auto generated summaries, which are handy for skim reading. Having a shared place for the source data, the tagging phase, the analysis phase (eg thematic analysis of tagged highlights in a canvas view) and having a way of building a summary & recommendations page via the insights functionality where you can include video snippets to loop back to the source. I also appreciate being able to share links to the project summary aswell as links to specific quotes to try and help keep insights surfaced within the team via Slack.
