The functionality is what you'd expect and require of a fee-for-service database/CRM. No complaints about that. It works as advertised and works well. In addition, we are able to use it as an event registration platform, automatically feeding the participant information into the database. This is a superb feature that is now a core part of our operations.

It's a highly intuitive program. It's very easy to use. Love the ease of receipting and setting up reminders.
