DEON is very easy to learn and work with. You don´t really need lots of explanations to start working and creating your own spaces. It facilitates virtual collaboration and enables me and my colleagues to work together without delay. We use it a lot for workshops, trainings, meetings, ... Even if there are participants who have never worked with DEON before, a few minutes at the beginning of the meeting are enough to provide everybody with the neccesary information to work together. Features like timer, library or the implentation of PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Skype into DEON facilitate our meetings and workshops as we have one common plattform instead of using many different tools. The DEON-Team was always very friendly, quick and helpful.

o Utilisation facile même pour les « non-natifs numériques » o Intégration des fichiers MS Office dans Deon-Space, je ne connais pas un autre outil où c'est aussi facile qu'ici ! o Lien facile des cadres aux flèches, etc., très utile pour les conceptions de processus, surtout comparé à d'autres applications de collaboration ; je l'utilise beaucoup ! o Les modèles facilitent grandement la standardisation de votre travail dans toute l'entreprise
