I have collaborated with several staff from various levels of support, and no matter the request or challenge there is continual communication an d follow through with a resolution or next steps to take. They are intentional in understanding the specific needs of the client and the capacity in which Freezerworks is being utilized, and are continually exploring ways to maximize efficiency and functionality for how their program is built.
