I mostly use the platform for the Intelligence tool for weekly/monthly recaps across Facebook and Instagram. It's a great tool for seeing top performers and trends over time. I also like that I can monitor competitive brands and discover trending pieces or content that has spiked during a time period. I find the Intelligence dashboard easy to use with a pretty seamless interface.

Analytical tools are the best part as I can easily analyse all the competitors' info. There are much data and comparison provided, giving us a chance to know more what other's doing. After understanding the market's demand and standard, promotion and content ideas can be adjusted. Besides, it is flexible for adding or removing some competitors in the wish list. And there is a notification about the change of ranking. So it's really good for me to use. I will recommend you guys to at least make a trial on it .

Crowdtangle is versatile tool that can be beneficial for media tracking, publicity, editorial, and even general social listening needs. The ability to create lists of publishers, influencers, etc. and hone in on what the conversation is about in real time is extremely useful to be reactive.
