Automation of information gathering (Insights) and the overall presentation of the information within filtered categories, along with saved searches and asset creation

I love that it brings all intel across digital channels into one feed and gives me a way to store it and distribute it to salespeople right where they work (SFDC). Competitive intelligence has always been a struggle keeping up with the different channels and storage was in spreadsheets and static battlecards the soon got out of date. Now I feel on top of things and I can keep the sales team up-to-date much more easily, and they have an easier way to send field intel back to me - either via Slack or the SFDC integration. Love the changes to website feature. The battlecard feature is amazing as I can dynamically update information. Also love the impact feature. Crayon does win / loss analysis for me and it's so easy to understand. I don't have to struggle with Salesforce reports anymore. The CS support is also a great value add. My CSM gets back to me the same day with any questions.

- The integration with Slack has been super helpful! As everyone in the organization shares intel we are able to easily send that into Crayon - The level of automation that is possible with Crayon will be super helpful for PMM. We can tag and add takeaways to intel and have that automatically sent to our Slack war room channels - Introduction to other customers to learn best practices. Our CSM introduced us to another customer who was able to share what they have done in Crayon. It really opened our eyes to what is possible!
