The tool itself is great for helping us quickly get the key insights to either build from or share directly with the appropriate teams. Great onboarding made it easy to implement and get integrations configured. The speed of deploying new reporting insights has been great to help us go a level deeper with measuring success across the org. Our CSM is fantastic at checking in and removing any roadblocks and also showing us best practices to get the most out of the tool.
