User friendly and largely intuitive practice management software.

User friendly, I like the SOAP layout and how it is easily customizable. They often update features to make it more functional. I have used the following programs since opening my practice 10 years ago: VetBlue, VetPort, and Shepherd, and I have also trialed a number of different programs. I have been using evetpractice since 2019, and I'm very happy with it. It is much more user-friendly, functional, and far less buggy than the other programs. Customer service is great. I love having the ability to chat with a customer service rep easily and quickly within the system.

Cloud-based Works Great for Me!

I appreciate the ability to access records from anywhere I can get on the internet. I also like the short-cuts that allow me to email results to clients quickly and easily without having to take the time to attach things. I appreciate the customer service and chat feature. I like the training videos.
