Coronet is able to give us a fantastic overview of the users in our system via the dashboard, the intuitive UI lets me know at a glance where any issues are and quickly navigates to the tickets that have opened up. Coro's end-point monitoring is a great way to monitor our end user's devices 24/7 and when any issues pop up we are able to see what type of virus has been identified and where in the file path it is hanging out (if it has not already been quarantined by Coro) this has saved me a ton of time and lots of headaches trying to track down malware on users computers. Another great thing about Coro is the support, anytime I reach out to Coro support they are very quick to reply and always courteous. They also reach out to you to see if you have any issues with the software and will gladly take recommendations on how to make Coro better.
