As an AE, I love using Conveyor to track my prospects requests for security documentation. Never have had any issues for my prospects running into roadblocks to access our SOC 2 docs and eveyrthing seems to work as intended. I did not implement the system, but from what I heard, it was a straightfoward process. Our CSM has been very helpful highlighting functionality and showing us where we can upgrade without being too pushy. I use it at least once a week.
