Super für Schulung von Mitarbeitern
Ich mochte die Option das Dashboard zu individualisieren, Kontakte konnten mit wenigen klicks den einzelnen Unternehmen zugeordnet werden (in Kombination mit Hubspot). Die Anrufaufzeichnungen konnten wir gewinnbringend zur Schulung von neuen Mitarbeitern einsetzen ohne zusatzlich Zeit für geskriptete Aufnahmen aufzuwenden.
