A soothing experience!

I work for marketing team and I do believe cultural rapport with the customers/prospects is a pivotal aspect when it comes to handling clients abroad. Cloud talk has helped me achieve this aspect with their international call plan facility. I am currently using it frequently for APAC countries. Apart from this , I would also like to highlight few features of it - recording, calling review and reports. It helps me focus more on the conversation than worrying about the notes taking session. I am able to see the good results. Hope it continues!
