Initially, I had chosen FileMaker as a database solution for our laboratory, but it quickly became evident the the possibilities to do so much more with this software are unlimited. FileMaker's flexibility and highly customizable layouts makes building tables and forms easy and accessing data simple. With an easy learning curve, solutions are able to be quickly deployed with low staff requirements relative to size and complexity of the database. FileMaker Server is easy to install and maintain. There are many options for database access the most important for us has been FileMaker Go. Advanced support for applications are available via FileMaker Business Alliance and FileMaker certified consultants. There exists a strong developer community including an online community and user groups as well as many educational and training opportunities including an annual DevCon.

Good program. Easy to navigate. User friendly. There are many tabs and windows that allow us to provide tons of information which is key to my job is a project manager. Information is organized and easy to access which is extremely helpful.
