I like the quick response and attention we get from the support team whenever we have issues or needing assistance. There was a time that I needed immediate resolution to an issue we were having with a potential candidate, the team assigned to our account were all hands on deck to ensure we get the report we needed in a timely manner. If there is ever a time someone is not very knowledgeable about an issue or information being asked, the team does not hesitate to ask for a more seasoned team member to assist. That shows dedication and customer service at it's best.

I like that I can extend a drug screen without sending a new link. I also like that I can resend the confirmation email and choose a different location for the drug screen.

The system is user friendly and they keep us in compliance with all the law changes. They have also worked with us to create an API directly into our own ATS system. Pricing is great for what we receive.
