Great product but has a lot of room for improvement

The best thing about Cirrus is how it lets you tag and sort customer issues. I got a complaint about our new coffee maker's faulty power button last week, and being able to tag it as "hardware" and "electrical" meant I could quickly link it to three similar cases from other customers.
