Ease of use is top notch, as is the ease of training team members to provide updates. I love that there are multiple ways for contributors to perform the tasks we ask of them which tells me that user input is a key consideration. Everyone has their own style of learning, work, and managing their day, and to be able to customize the interface to meet one's own needs is stellar. Allowing external customers access to their own projects has increased our customer satisfaction as well. Finally, being able to import/export between multiple formats helps us to on-board new types of projects and customers quickly. Our internal owner for the Celoxis implementation company-wide has had great experience working with the Support and Developers at the company to ensure that we are maximizing our efficiency.
