Ce que j'ai aimé - pas de frais d'installation, intégration facile (surtout avec les vidéos tutoriels sur leur chaîne Youtube), excellent support et espace de compte facile à naviguer. Nous étions une entreprise locale mais avons décidé de nous étendre à d'autres pays de l'UE, donc accepter des paiements internationaux avec Cardinity a été notre objectif principal pour le faire. Nous vendons des services en ligne donc c'était tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

I like that they are cheap and quick on response. Our company managed to switch from another provider because we saw that Cardinity offers smaller fees per transaction. This was the main reason we switched. The reason we stayed is because of the way they communicate with us. I like that it's direct and personal while providing quality support. Also, and this is the best part, is that they are quick to respond to letters. We had a few problems which we needed to be fixed asap. We wrote to their support, hoping that if we haven't solved the problem by the time they respond, we would use their help. Usually, they are faster than our google skills, so they save us time and work to help our site.
