Très belle première expérience avec la construction d'un Chatbot

Ce que j'aime le plus c'est la facilité de la configuration d'un bot dans Botpress. Pas besoin de configurer un NLU (Natural Language Uderstanding) comme dans d'autres plateformes. Au départ l'interface de Botpress Studio peut sembler intimidante avec les workflow et tout, mais il suffit de lire la documentation et regarder quelques tutos pour comprendre comment cela fonctionne. Les IA transitions sont également un gros point fort pour fluidifier les workflows. Egalement la simplicité de la connexion du bot à des systèmes externes via des API sont un grand atout, je l'ai particulièrement utilisé afin de permettre à mon bot de renseigner des formulaires disponibles sur un serveur externe avec des infos données par l'utilisateur.

Probably the most advanced chatbot builder out there

As an automation consultant, I've used other platforms to build chatbots for my clients, and Botpress is the one that has allowed us to build and operate the most complex implementations with success. I'm talking about combining conditional logic, LLMs and external API calls to our clients' systems to process user input and move users as designed through the conversation flow. Whenever Botpress native features don't do something, the integration marketplace usually solves the problem, with a lot of handy plugins that allow you to integrate with other software.
