I like that they nailed their name. They are a block daemon who will not return my money.

Blockdaemon is a blockchain infrastructure provider, they provide fully hosted and managed solutions for blockchain miners / validators. I came to them wanting to host my own validator and they made it very simple to set up. They fully manage the hardware, and had a customer service team help me to deploy the software and stake the tokens. Whenever I have a question, we communicate in a private Slack channel and their team gets back to me very quickly. I'm SO impressed at how hands-on and in-touch they are, especially in providing and servicing a highly complex and nuanced product offering.
