The software is extremely easy to setup on any computer and you can track or restrict all activity from any computer with internet access. The desktop summary gives you a great visual display of activity including which websites were accessed and the productivity of each employee. Then additional drill down and logs provide excellent research tools and support. There is a free trial version, which offers 80% of the full version features and allows you to deploy the software on up to three computers. This gives you the opportunity to kick the wheels. Finally, I'd like to give the customer service an A+. Questions are answered in a timely manner and the staff will continue to help you until you get your issue resolved. Most of my issues were my fault....

The application has great potential with its listed features, but falls far short on its delivery. We cannot recommend this application to anyone.

Super fast and easy to install on work computers for someone with minimal knowledge of computers. Easy report functions and downloading features. Great customer service without being pushy or intrusive.
