Firstly, I will say that organizations can stand on the quality of their support. BetterCloud is one of the more responsive, friendly, and helpful support teams I've engaged with in my career. That aside, if you take time and care to think about all the ways in which you can automate (and specifically how BetterCloud can support that automation), you will save yourself and your teams a LOT of time. Gone are the days of a 45-90 minute offboarding - we're down to minutes. Even better, we can send out notifications at certain logic gates, can pause or time-bind processes, and even shut down companion services outside of the Google ecosphere with their integrations center. Google's admin panel is a *grind*. Unannounced changes, things moving from one place to another, etc. My team and I use BetterCloud on a daily basis to take care of a myriad of ad-hoc management tasks and it is much more of a pleasant experience. Lastly, BetterCloud really do listen to customer feedback, and do their best to implement improvement suggestions. They believe strongly in the vision of SaaS powered workplaces, and are making strides to develop their tools and expertise in the same fashion. Some great features of recent times have been through discussions in their community, at meet ups, or at their user conference, Altitude.
