Must have tool if you want to automate processes!

I like the simplicity of how you can make the workflows. Even with the additional help from the guided ones. The GUI is very easy to navigate. I like the dashboard features which give you a very high-level view of any issues within all the integrations and which allow you to drill down and identify the exact issues.
