BetterCloud makes it very easy to integrate and build workflows with their built-in integrations. All actions or alerts are predefined, so there is no additional configuration or mapping that you need to do to get an integration working. Everything pretty much works "out of the box". You also have the ability to create custom integrations if they don't have a pre-built one, so that is a nice option. However, creating custom integrations is much more complicated than doing anything else with the platform, and has a steep learning curve. This functionality could definitely be improved, but I am still glad it is an option, and it can only get better from here. BetterCloud support is also really good, with multiple different ways to get help, including live chat, where I always get a response within minutes of initiating. You are also alwasy connected directly to a real person, and never have to go through any sort of AI assisted support prompt.

Pour la plupart, nous utilisons BetterCloud pour la gestion des utilisateurs. Notre département d'enseignement à domicile a accueilli plus de 600 étudiants l'année dernière, et pouvoir fournir une feuille de calcul à la registraire, lui permettre de la remplir rapidement avec les informations des étudiants, puis l'importer d'un clic a fait de nos vies un rêve et nous a évité un cauchemar. Nous l'utilisons également pour créer chaque année un grand nombre de comptes d'examen verrouillés. L'utilisation de cette fonctionnalité seule nous a permis d'économiser suffisamment d'heures de travail pour justifier le coût de la licence. Nous espérons toujours explorer davantage les fonctionnalités de BetterCloud un jour lorsque nous aurons le temps.
