Bazaarvoice Makes it Easy to Stay on Top of Reviews!

It is so helpful to have one feed where I can read and respond to reviews and questions. Bazaarvoice streamlines the entire process, so everything comes into one feed, where I respond, saving having to log in to multiple sites for multiple products, and keeping me from missing reviews. Responding on time is so important when you're striving for good customer service. And with Target.com reviews, your product score is downgraded for not responding in a timely manner. Bazaarvoice has made it so much easier.
