I use it for driving for dollars. I also use it to map the properties that we own/manage.

Ability to quickly load addresses copy and past from an excel template and plot a map. Beneficial for business travel, identifing customer opportunities etc. A driving stop to stop feature would be beneficial but would not want to take away from the benefit of the simplicity of the mapping. Also ability to save in multiple file formats is huge.
