BambooHR is has been very easy to us. I like that the database makes it a easier to manage my HR processes, especially when onboarding new hires. It helps us to streamline the process with the customizable workflows and automatic opitions, making it less time-consuming for HR teams. The employee portal is also easy to use and it allows employees to update their own information.
