Huge timesaver and very easy to use

|Athena News API
I previously relied on a number of APIs (paid) and RSS feeds for article collection. While this seemed to work okay, the gaps in my data were less than ideal. Plus, I still had to conduct my own filtering and entity identification. Overall, my previous setup slowed down the analysis I was trying to conduct. Athena removes these pre-analysis barriers by simply and accurately providing the data I need. This allows me to focus on subsequent actions/triggers. Finally, I love having access to a large backlog of articles. This has already opened up a few new ideas/paths for future analysis.

Best value & great depth compared to other news APIs

|Athena News API
I use News SPI to examine historial financal market trends and make outlook predictions. So far I've found that News API reliably gives me 10+ years of a wide variety news sources for my queries, which really helps my analyses. Appreciate that it serves up entity relationships and allows me to build knowledge graphs for added richness to my outlooks. Sentiment analysis seems reliable as well. I'm pretty pleased with what's delivered, especially considering the price point. Will continue to use.
