Choosing meeting spaces or where to work from is a great experience thanks to nice filters, colleague search, and floor plans. We have a QR-code system to check-in, which means if no one checks-in after some time the room/desk/booth becomes automatically available again. The app is fully integrated into MS 365 and I find it really easy to use.

Archie has become essential for managing my team and office schedule. It handles everything we need, from desk and meeting room reservations to visitor notifications.

During the purchasing process I got to speak directly with their CTO regarding some custom requirements and the way there were able to accomodate our needs was fantastic. One feature was developed for us within the first 30 days of our contract, and another that was on their roadmap took a bit longer but was also rolled out. Now we have an almost perfect solution that is fully integrated with the tools we use.
