I can track my daily activity and strive to reach it, even when I'm having rough sales days. I like how I can compare myself to my coworkers. We also have our Spiffs running through ambition and you can see where you stand to ensure you win! (or try at least) All the metrics are on there and it's super easy to fill in that info for my weekly reviews. I can also easily track some specific KPIs and compare how I've been improving day to day week to week month to month or quarter to quarter.

I enjoy using the analytic tools to create reports to drive insights on SDR performances.
