They are highly accessible, respond quickly, and are always willing to find solutions that help us align our processes with the tool and vice versa (adapting the tool to our processes). Additionally, the platform boasts a user-friendly interface, which greatly assists us when presenting it to our users. Having an intuitive interface makes it easier for our team to navigate and showcase the tool effectively.
