J'aime la capacité de Gleen AI à s'intégrer parfaitement avec ZenDesk. Les clients peuvent facilement demander un transfert à un agent humain, et Gleen AI effectue le transfert. Pas de boucles infinies d'IA pour le client.

Great AI Support

I personally liked the support I received whenever we raised a concern or feedback. We receive responses within the hour, if not within minutes from the time we send our question or support request. The Bot surely is not perfect but definitely responds with accuracy as long as you keep it updated with it's sources.
