I like the ease of use of the designer which has a great supporting workflow that you can do complex requests and scripts. The search feature is very intuitive and fully featured. Customisation of the end user portal is simple and very easily to configure. Pricing is very competative.

The fact that we can have different virtual machines to record training without messing with our main machine.

We moved a lot of our ITIL based functions into vFire. e.g. Service desk ticketing, change management, asset inventory. Prior to implementing vFire they were all separate disparate systems. It's highly flexible (which is not always a good thing)
