Que nos clients puissent voir toutes les statistiques nécessaires en un seul endroit. Ils peuvent facilement accéder à un tableau de bord ou à un rapport et trouver les statistiques qu'ils recherchent. Et je pense que beaucoup d'entre nous savent que les clients ont vraiment besoin d'un moyen facile pour obtenir cette information, sinon ils ne prendront tout simplement pas le temps de la chercher !

I can record all materials covered in training online, and access it from anywhere I have internet. I do not have to sign each activity completed in a day on a piece of paper, and I do not have to write out summaries of the day's training on paper, I can type it up instead. I can see how other trainees are doing with their respective trainers without asking for a copy from the other trainer, to prepare for when the trainee comes to me for an additional phase of training. If I forget what we have not covered yet, I can search the materials and see what hasn't been signed off of with ease.
