Grand standard

C'est un très bon standard, nous avons remplacé notre système traditionnel par le standard 3CX. Les avantages par rapport à la configuration traditionnelle sont bien sûr l'application pour téléphone mobile et l'application logicielle pour le bureau. Nous pouvons passer et recevoir des appels pratiquement de n'importe où, il suffit d'avoir une connexion Internet, ce qui était un grand avantage pendant les périodes de confinement dues au covid.

Facile à utiliser, plateforme de communication tout-en-un

Tout est autonome dans un seul paquet. Travailler sans effort entre le bureau et le mobile est si facile, donc plus besoin d'être attaché à mon bureau ! Intégration avec Office 365, donc lorsque je suis en réunion, mon statut est automatiquement changé en 'ne pas déranger'.

Useful if you need a SIP software easy to set

It was pretty easy to set the SIP with the VoIP and the new client gives us also features for video conferencing, chat and voice mail
