- Setting up custom goals for each test is still a bit complicated. It's possible but using the advanced editor for it isn't very intuitive and can be confusing at the start

- The documentation needs some work, it's not always easy to find answers if you're stuck but the customer service makes up for some of this issue.

They're extremely responsive and quick on the mark to help fix any errors/issues you might be having. Always engaging with your suggestions/requests which is extremely helpful in stressful situations. As a developer of CRO test's i really appricate the effort that's gone into make the system really flexible. They have thought of lots of little edge cases and built in ways to aid development like different points to exceuce code etc

Webtrends Optimize is a great platform for any company looking to improve their site based on a data driven approach. it has meant that rather than releasing blind changes to my site I can now collect data on any change I am planning to make and then take away any doubt in stakeholders eyes that we are heading in the right direction with a site optimization we may be planning.

Not only is it a great platform but the team at Webtrends are also so helpful and are always on hand to help you whether that may be in using the platform or looking for assistance in considering the conclusions and results of tests.
