L'API SMS dispose de nombreux pays et réseaux disponibles. Ils fournissent des clients dans de nombreux langages de programmation, bien qu'ils nécessitent du travail pour un volume plus élevé. Le support client est bon, ils fournissent différents ensembles de clés API pour les tests/la mise en scène/le développement. L'interface d'administration est facile à utiliser et l'accès peut être autorisé/supprimé aux comptes des employés, donc pas besoin de partager le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe avec les gens pour donner l'accès.
Les SMS entrants fonctionnent bien et ne nous posent jamais de problèmes. Nous utilisons également Number Insight pour supprimer les lignes fixes et les numéros invalides de notre système.

L'API SMS ne prend en charge l'envoi que d'un SMS à la fois, et elle est limitée en débit, ce qui signifie que vous devez réfléchir à votre infrastructure pour mettre en file d'attente les SMS et les envoyer à un rythme inférieur à la limite. Support takes forever to fix any issues. (numbers out of service). Sometimes it takes over 4 months. Numbers are pulled out of service for various countries without very comprehensive explanations as to what was wrong/what the reason was /etc - so you'll have to figure it out, inquire with support, follow up on the issue until you get a better answer.
Website has improved a lot but still lacks a better search for phone numbers . Editing a lot of phone numbers is horrendous and you're better off wasting the time to implement that edit via API instead of doing it via their website.
