Vitruvi has significantly enhanced our ability to monitor work in real time and with great detail. It allows for the creation of multiple work items for the same elements, facilitating continuous progress tracking. Some of the functionality like timesheets has not received much development and is therefore not fit for purpose. Also the help guide is sometimes lacking information on how some of the functionality works. It has taken much longer to implement the system than expected.
